This is my dad and he also loves taking pictures and will just take one of me randomly. Throughout the photoshoot he would just ask if I needed help. My dad and I are really a lot alike, we both are homebodies and don't really like going out much. He is really kind and loves to help people. These pictures were taken in my backyard by my trampoline and deck. I just told my dad to stand where the lighting was good and made sure that the background wasn't all that visible. The challenges that I faced was not being able to find good lighting. I learned how to slow down the shutter speed and to let more light in even when it was kind of dark outside. I also made sure the kitchen light wasn't showing on the picture when I took the second one on the deck.

"I'm going to do a funny one"
This is my sister Liyah and while taking the photos she said "can I do this one pose where my foot is in the air and I'm holding it?" and then I said "I mean yeah I guess, you won't be able to see it though" that is the first picture. My sister is a wonderful and kind person. She does competitive gymnastics and she loves loves loves to cook and bake. Everyday after practice she tells me what skills she did that day and sometimes I get to see part of her practice. These pictures were taken in our backyard: the first one by the side of the house and the second one on our deck. I let my sister pick both of her poses and I just told her where I think was best to stand. It was getting dark outside but I was able to find some good lighting. The challenges that I faced was the camera was having a hard time focusing and some of the really good pictures came out kind of blurry and I couldn't use them. The lighting was an issue but it wasn't that big of an issue. I think while taking these photos I learned that you can take a lot of photos and then end up going with the first one.

Thinking
This is my mom and she was just getting home from work when I quickly said "MOM I have to take a picture of you!" My mom is probably the most funniest person on the planet. She always makes sure that me and my sister aren't getting on each other's nerves and bugging each other. She's always telling us stories about her job (she has to go to different cities sometimes). This picture was taken in my backyard on our deck and I just told my mom to stand in a place where there's good lighting (it was getting kind of dark outside). I let my mom pick the pose she wanted to do and she chose the second picture which I think is the best. The challenges of taking these photos was that it was getting pretty dark outside and I didn't want the light from my kitchen to show on my mom's face so we had to try and find an area where there was good lighting and you couldn't see the kitchen light. I think while taking these photos I learned how to make sure that the lighting was good and I learned how to have a good background and set up.
